^a question people love to ask: that’s a lot of stuff, if you had to pick, what is your one focus area?

# my response: developing pioneering business!!! my speciality is having knowledge in all areas of building a business. i thrive in roles where i must wear many hats because i am a space connector. my best work is taking ideas, building on them, executing what is needed, iterating and optimizing all at the same time, while going 100 miles per hour. then, i organize and leverage people that do have that laser focus in one area to drive sustainable scale and growth.

OTHER SAMPLES

  • Sample 1 - P&L Management // This is a P&L of a $4M agency I supported.

  • Sample 2 - Strategy // Go-To-Market Strategy built for CMT Mobile App

  • Sample 3 - Budget and Cost Management // Financial planning, considers all costs (human, ap, fixed costs, and variable costs) and then calculates revenue targets based on a cost plus model. I would then work with stakeholders to make sure I was considering all strategies/initiatives and refine/redevelop numbers. I would also refine projections based on closing of actuals for the quarter.

  • Sample 4 - Board Meeting Report // I believe strategy is at the heart of all good business. This report was shared with the board to review strategies and initiatives for the quarter, which then ties into numbers. Functional leaders also played a big role in quarterly strategic planning (an initiative I headed).

  • Sample 5 - Marketing Program Plan // This will show the comprehensive skills around Project Management, as well as developing marketing strategy.

  • Sample 6 - Brand Analysis // This shows my business acumen around repositioning a brand in the market.

  • Sample 7 - Organization Design // When I started at this agency there were only 5 other folks. I added functions (and processes) for better operational efficiency, and built our relationships with vendors to expand resource capacity. The hiring plan was then plotted within the Operating Budget, as well as projected costs for vendors. This then affects revenue targets and initiatives.

  • Sample 8 - Product Analysis // This was done for WWE's video platform, showcasing my product experience.

  • Sample 9 - Brand Guidelines // This was done for a client to build out a brand new visual identity.
